Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are visible at the footer as well as accessible at all times from the company’s website, and the client must read them carefully. From the moment the client accepts and pays for a service, they accept that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions without the need for a signature, since the link to these terms appears on the website.
The company reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Failure to receive notification of a change in these terms and conditions does not invalidate that change.
Payment for Services to the Company
Payment for services will be made exclusively by the following means:
a) Bank transfer
Whose receipt the client will send to the company by email.
b) Online invoice-payment
Through a payment link that will be sent to the client and will be charged through the Stripe platform.
Return Conditions
In case the client requires a refund for the cancellation of a service, it will only be made in situations of accident and/or illness duly justified. The client must provide the necessary documentation to support their situation, and the refund will be subject to the company’s approval. In any other case, money refunds will not be made.
Client Commitment
By hiring our services to participate in a sports season, the client commits to finish the season in accordance with the established terms and conditions. The client’s commitment implies attending the trainings and events scheduled during the season.
In case the client decides to finish the season before its conclusion, the following conditions will apply:
- The client must notify in writing to the organization responsible for the season of their decision to end their participation.
- The client must fulfill any pending financial obligation such as payment of fees or registrations.
Sessions purchased will only be usable during the contracted season. Any session not used at the end of the season will be considered expired and cannot be refunded or transferred to future seasons. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all sessions are used within the established timeframe.
